The upcoming life coaching workbooks are not designed to “fix” you.
They are designed to meet you where you are, especially in the places where life felt overwhelming, fragmented, or unresolved. This work is grounded in one core belief:
Growth begins with honesty, not perfection.
These workbooks acknowledge that many people are navigating life while carrying unprocessed experiences, emotional fatigue, and survival-based patterns. Rather than bypassing those realities, the work invites you to slow down and build awareness around how your past has shaped your present.
This is not about erasing what happened.
It is about learning how to move forward without self-abandonment.
Each workbook is designed to be practical, trauma-aware, and reflective. They will support both insight and application, helping you translate awareness into everyday change.
You can expect:
These workbooks are meant to be used at your own pace and revisited as your needs evolve.
In I Made It on Broken Pieces, Certified Life Coach Jocelyn Kingwood shares an empowering message of healing, hope, and transformation. Through raw honesty and uplifting guidance, Jocelyn shows that your brokenness does not disqualify you — it defines the strength that carries you forward.
This book is not just a story of survival; it is a guide for anyone ready to rise above hurt, reclaim their power, and create a life of purpose. Whether you are mending from heartbreak, loss, or life’s setbacks, I Made It on Broken Pieces reminds you that beauty can be built from brokenness — and your future can be brighter than your past.

There comes a point in life when we must ask ourselves a difficult question:
What is it costing me to stay where I am?
Many people focus on the risks of change, but few consider the risks of remaining the same. We convince ourselves that waiting is safer, that someday we'll feel more confident, more prepared, or more motivated. Yet every day we remain stuck, we pay a price.
Stuck Doesn't Mean Still
Being stuck isn't always obvious. Sometimes it looks like procrastination. Other times it looks like perfectionism, fear, self-doubt, or constantly waiting for the "right time."
You may be going through the motions—showing up to work, taking care of responsibilities, and doing what needs to be done—but internally, you know you're meant for more.
When we stay stuck, life continues moving forward while our dreams remain parked in neutral.
The Hidden Costs of Staying Stuck
Lost Opportunities
Every opportunity has an expiration date. The business idea, promotion, relationship, or personal goal you're postponing today may not always be available tomorrow.
The longer we wait, the more opportunities pass us by.
Decreased Confidence
Confidence isn't built by thinking about change. It's built by taking action.
When we continuously avoid the things we want, we begin to question our abilities. Over time, self-doubt grows stronger while confidence weakens.
Emotional Exhaustion
Being stuck is exhausting.
The constant cycle of wanting more but doing less creates frustration, guilt, disappointment, and resentment. We become tired not from doing too much, but from carrying around unrealized potential.
Settling for Less Than We Deserve
Many people aren't living the life they desire because they've become comfortable with discomfort.
They settle for jobs they dislike, relationships that drain them, and habits that no longer serve them because change feels uncertain.
But comfort zones often become cages disguised as safety.
Delayed Purpose
Every person has gifts, talents, and experiences that can positively impact others.
When we remain stuck, we delay not only our own growth but also the lives we were meant to influence.
Someone may be waiting for the wisdom, service, leadership, or encouragement that only you can provide.
What's Really Holding You Back?
Often, the greatest obstacle isn't lack of resources, education, or opportunity.
It's fear.
Fear of failure. Fear of rejection. Fear of judgment. Fear of success. Fear of the unknown.
The truth is that growth will always require courage. You do not need to have all the answers before taking the first step.
You only need enough faith to move forward.
The Cost of Change vs. The Cost of Staying the Same
Change can be uncomfortable.
It requires effort, commitment, and vulnerability.
But staying stuck costs far more.
Change may cost you your comfort.
Staying stuck may cost you your dreams.
Change may require temporary discomfort.
Staying stuck may create permanent regret.
The question is not whether growth has a cost.
The question is which cost are you willing to pay?
Moving Forward
Today, identify one area of your life where you've been stuck.
Ask yourself:
What is this costing me emotionally? What opportunities am I missing? What would my life look like one year from now if nothing changed? What is one small action I can take today?
Remember, transformation does not happen overnight. It happens one decision at a time.
The life you desire is often waiting on the other side of the action you've been avoiding.
Stop focusing on the fear of moving forward.
Start focusing on the cost of staying stuck.
You owe yourself the chance to grow, heal, and become everything you were created to be.
